Mysterious Ring Stumbled Upon
Indeed so, another peculiarity in this little place of the Pioneer Valley. On the morning of April 20th a man found a ring inscribed with the following phrase: “MAGNA· SIC· PARVIS.” Upon research, a correct translation has been found. It is Latin proverb; a variation of the famous phrase: “Greatness from small beginnings.”
The man who had found it quickly realized the implications of his findings and left the ring sitting on a silent shelf in the library.
This is a cursed ring. Citizens are encouraged to make haste of the item if found, and to ignore whatever otherwise heard. Authorities should not be contacted on the matter. And beware this deadly ring.
