Charlie is a good fellow and the spokesman for Dorf's Interplanetary Farmer's Market. His best friend was Dorf, whom the market is named after and who has since been forced back to his home planet. Charlie is also friends with a variety of creatures from various planets and is happy to host them at his home while they are on Earth. He is a promoter of cross-pollination between cultures and ways of life.
