Union of the Clouds Zilches Borders

The Peripheral Intelligence Agency (PIA) today announced a massive success. They have convinced the town of Amherst to free the air, lifting the regulations that for many years have isolated clouds sovereignties from each other. The legislatory borders between clouds have been officially dissolved. Finally, the long-dormant nomads of the sky, self proclaimed “spinner hat cloud boys”, can hop between the buoyant blobs above. Finally, they have their righteous freedom.

Look up and you might see one of them leaping from cumulus to cumulus, joyously, much in the style of a dolphin.

The change in legislation was highly anticipated. The cloud elders have long known long known unity to be best. The majority of Hampshire County, too, was pro unity. But Amherst held out against consensus until now, reasoning that activity above might distract tourists from their meticulously-crafted downtown environment below.
